Job Summary: The Data
Management Administrator will develop a system for organizing, managing, and
storing program data to allow easy access, analysis, and interpretation. S/he
will ensure that all data collected are compliant with contract requirements
and legal regulations and work with the M&E Director to customize database
applications to meet the needs of the USAID project.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the USAID Project
Data Management Administrator should possess a Bachelors in Statistics or
a degree related to Quantitative Research. - Two or more years of relevant experience
managing large quantitative data sets, and ensuring data quality,
preferably in the field of education. - Detailed knowledge of database design and
management, quantitative data collection methods, data cleaning and
analysis.
