- Manage the Payroll Processes, with
emphasis on staff Advances - Manage the Computation of Business Mangers
commissions and bonuses - Handle all supplier payments using the
agreed cycle. - Responsible for preparing Treasury and
Collection Reports on a daily basis - Actively coordinate the timely posting of
payment Vouchers and invoices - Prepares daily cash report and advises the
GM Finance on the same to ensure that the company is in position to meet
working capital requirements and investment of surplus. - Prepares local and foreign currency, cash
flow forecasts - Regularly reviews all non-regular payments
and makes recommendations to the GM Finance for payment - Achieves agreed targets. .
- In charge of producing these daily reports
i.e. treasury, collections, cash) - Provide timely customer service when
required
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a University Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting and
Finance or any other related field from an accredited institution - Hold Professional qualifications in
Accountancy e.g. ACCA, CPA would be added advantage. - A minimum of four or more years’
experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a similar role in an
FMCG company. - Working knowledge of SAP is an added
advantage
