• Prepare Management Accounts and other
  reports, as directed by your supervisor,
• Update and maintain the Fixed Assets
  Register
• Prepare the Monthly and Annual Tax Returns
  and other statutory obligations
• Actively co-ordinate the preparation of
  Audit Schedules
• Regularly review the Inter-company
  accounts and prepayments
• Produces the P/L accounts for each
  business unit and guides on budgetary performance / department expenses
• Oversees the costing and stores personnel
  to ensure accuracy and quality of work and makes recommendations as
  necessitated
• Serves as the focal person on SAP and
  provides assistance and guidance in SAP as required
• Oversees the bank reconciliations
  personnel to ensure accuracy and quality of work and makes recommends as
  required

• The Management Accountant should
  preferably hold a University Degree in Commerce, Business Administration.
  Accounting and Finance, Statistics or any other related field from an
  accredited institution. Possession of a Master’s / Post Graduate Degree in
  Financial Management or Business Administration is an added advantage.
• Possess professional qualifications i.e.
  Certified Public Accountant with relevant, professional qualifications
  e.g. ACCA, CPA.
• Five or more years’ working experience in
  Finance and Accounting, preferably in an FMCG company.
• Working knowledge of SAP is an added
  advantage
