Health and Body care products on both whole sale and retail basis.
- Keep general Company records of accounts;
- Keep and maintain the Company’s audited
books of accounts - Prepare annual budgets;
- Prepare Pay roll and pay salaries for
staff; - The incumbent will manage fixed asset subsidiary
ledgers for the company; - Oversee the Company’s general bank
statements; - Prepare the Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report - Ensure proper and timely recording of
funds; - Manage the timely payment of utility bills
and the statutory remittances; - Consolidate monthly group accounts to form
the corporate financial report; - The Accountant will oversee the
procurement process and provide accurate data on creditors and debtors; - Create and maintain the database for Hawa
suppliers and their accounts; - Prepare quarterly financial reports for
consideration of management; - Mentor, supervise and coordinate Accounts
Assistants at all stations;
- The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s
degree in accounting or finance. - Professional training is a must preferably
CPA.
