financial management and governance, curriculum, co-curricular activities and

Responsibilities:
- In charge of developing and implementing
the education strategy, with the aim of improving the quality of education
programming - Responsible for designing the Education
program including development of high quality concept notes and proposals - Offer quality technical support to
education assessors, supported schools directors, SMCs and head teachers - Guide the process of effective assessments
and monitoring, evaluation and learning systems. - Ensure the implementation of six standards
of excellence in schools supported by FOL - Establish and manage effective partnership
will be a key responsibility in the education program.
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a relevant
bachelors’ degree - Prior experience in developing education
programs for formal and non-formal sector - Strong community education background and
Early Childhood knowledge is essential. - Should be part of the existing education
networks in the country.
