Job Summary: The Librarian/Administrator will be responsible for
providing Library services for Mildmay Uganda staff and student clientele,
ensuring that Library functions run smoothly, materials are current,
accessible, and available to students and other Library users. The incumbent
will also provide administrative support to the directorate for the smooth
running of training activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should possess a
Bachelor’s Degree in Library and information science - A minimum of two years’ experience in
library services. - The successful candidate must have
experience working in Institutions of higher learning and the ability to
operate an E-Library. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in
various Microsoft Office packages a - Fluency in both written and spoken English
and local language are crucial. - Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding
the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. - The incumbent must be highly flexible,
reliable, and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda. - Evidence of a non-judgmental approach
regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical
