Job Title:   Enterprise Officer

About US:
Focal Development Finance Limited is a newly established development
finance company in Uganda providing finance and technical support to micro and
small businesses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the main contact between client
    and institution
  • Perform client credit appraisals
  • Perform client trainings and advisory
  • File all client documentation and
    correspondences
  • Perform any other roles as may be assigned
    by management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Enterprise
    Officer job should hold a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business
    administration, commerce, accounting and related fields
  • At least one year’s experience as a loan
    officer in microfinance industry in the sectors of industry and
    agriculture
  • Skills of collateral valuation
  • Possess the ability to communicate
    reasonably in Luganda
  • High levels of self leadership (minimal
    supervision)
  • Willingness to spend most time in the
    field
