- The Customer Care Assistant will be
required to regularly report useful information on client needs and trends - Provide timely feedback on complaints from
customers, monitor results and make policy change recommendations. - Ensure accurate and updated weekly and
monthly reports. - In charge of communicating pertinent
information to clients on a regular basis.
- The ideal candidate should hold a
Bachelor’s degree. - Excellent communications skills
