Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The Customer Care Assistant will be
    required to regularly report useful information on client needs and trends
  • Provide timely feedback on complaints from
    customers, monitor results and make policy change recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and updated weekly and
    monthly reports.
  • In charge of communicating pertinent
    information to clients on a regular basis.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should hold a
    Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communications skills
