Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain,
repair and optimize the plant and the associated devises. - Comply
with the recommended safe work procedure - Maintain
a safe healthy working environment - Responsible
for cleaning of the machine in good time to avoid loss of production - Perform
autonomous, preventative and break down maintenance on all equipment - Apply
the manufacturing way principles and practices - Significantly
contribute to team problem solving and decision making - Render
customer care support and service in line with company values.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering - Minimum
Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering - A
minimum of a year’s working experience preferably in Foods and Beverages
Industry - Two
or more years’ experience as an Electrical Artisan - High
degree of integrity and attention to detail - High
energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing
and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias. - The
applicant must be hardworking - Honest
and self motivated - Be
disciplined and dynamic Team Player - Self
motivated and should be able to work in shifts. - Ability
to communicate effectively - Proactive
mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to
communicate (verbal and written) - Go
getter attitude
