Job Summary: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will
assume the overall responsibility and authority for the effective leadership
and management of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Strategic direction and momentum
to grow and sustain the business. - Implement detailed strategic, operational
and financial plans in accordance with Board approvals. - Regularly interface with Board and all
levels of staff - Build and mentor strategic partnerships
and relationships with business associates and clients. - Ensure delivery of all financial targets
- Deliver agreed return on group equity
value - Establish new distribution channels
- Ensure high levels of customer service
satisfactions. - Responsible for the delivery of effective
people management strategy and practices. - Ensure sound financial and operational
disciplines. - Ensure Legal and regulatory compliance and
good governance. - Quickly report to shareholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) should
hold a High school graduate and a Degree or diploma or equivalent in a
business related field. Possession of MBA is preferred - The incumbent should possess at least
seven to eight years or more experience as a Chief Executive or related
position. - Possesses excellent managerial and
leadership skills - Be a team player who is comfortable
operating within the context of a multinational organization - Thorough working knowledge of business
processes - Be a problem solver and have the ability
to “make things happen” - Must have served in the insurance industry
for a period of not less than 10 years - Strong leadership skills
- Ability to Implement

- Conceptual and strategic competence
- Analytical and detail orientated
- Innovative and adaptable
- Good interpersonal and communication
skills - Self-motivated
- Proven business acumen
