• Provide Strategic direction and momentum

• The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) should
  hold a High school graduate and a Degree or diploma or equivalent in a
  business related field. Possession of MBA is preferred
• The incumbent should possess at least
  seven to eight years or more experience as a Chief Executive or related
  position.
• Possesses excellent managerial and
  leadership skills
• Be a team player who is comfortable
  operating within the context of a multinational organization
• Thorough working knowledge of business
  processes
• Be a problem solver and have the ability
  to “make things happen”
• Must have served in the insurance industry
  for a period of not less than 10 years
• Strong leadership skills
