- Perform Agriculture Research for
development especially adoptive trials of bio-fortified pro-vitamin A rich
OFSP and the other multivitamin rich Crops. - Establishing PVS trials of nutritional
rich crops. - Plan, design, compile and analyze all the
data needed. - Keenly track project benefits to household
economic and social well-being of poor people. - Actively collaborate with other research
team members in BRAC and other research institutions.
- The ideal candidate should possess an MSc.
in Agronomy or in a related field from recognized institution/University. - At least five to seven years’ experience
in Agriculture related research projects. - Past experience in data compilation and
analysis. - Previous experience in experimental
research designs. - Proven ability to identify priority
actions, generate and complete work plans within short time frames. - Excellent communication in English both
written and verbal. - Must be computer literate in most of the
Microsoft office application required by researchers especially for data
analysis. - Flexibility, resilience, a motivated
self-starter and multi-tasker; inquisitive, transparent and enterprising
in finding new strategies and solutions. - Possess the highest ethical and
professional standards. - Report writing and analytical skills are a
must.
