- The incumbent will plan, coordinate and
execute health and nutrition activities within the Health and
Agriculture-JSDF projects. - Oversee community health forums and
identify health nutrition and training needs/gaps. - Actively facilitate and organize nutrition
training and workshops. - In charge of coordinating with other
stakeholders to promote a healthy context or social environment as well as
Sharing up-to-date information by analyzing, and applying current
technical data relevant to nutritional health care services. - Responsible for developing policies and
strategies for promoting nutritional health services both at local,
regional or national level. (Policies should be in line with National
policy)
- The applicant should preferably hold a
master’s degree in Human nutrition/Public Health. - Working experience in Nutrition and Human
health Projects - Good and practical knowledge in child care
(nutrition) and reproductive health care services especially in mothers. - Possess sufficient knowledge in the field
of nutritional health both in Children and Adults. - Commendable managerial, administrative,
analytical and decision-making skills. - Possess the ability to readily analyze,
understand and discuss new program designs, and implementation approaches. - Proven ability to identify priority
actions, generate and complete work plans within short time frames. - Excellent communication in English both
written and verbal. - The incumbent should be computer literate.
