Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent business relations with
the whole sellers and distributors, so as to maximize sells. - Provides technical guidance, support and
training to whole sellers and distributors as per the business needs. - Develop and implement strategy for
business growth of agro-chemicals in Uganda - Identify opportunities and convert them to
sales - Scan and analyze the agriculture sector in
Uganda and identify solutions and business prospects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Degree in
Agronomy, Agriculture or any related area. - At least four years’ experience in sales
of agriculture inputs.
