About Compassion Project:
Sebei Cluster Child Ministry Churches of Church Of Uganda, Pentecostal
Assemblies of God, Perfection Church Ministry and Deliverance Churches are
working in partnership with Compassion International in the Ministry of
Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus name in the
Child Development Centers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Child Development Officers will serve
Christian role models for the children, their families and communities. - Ensure timeliness and quality of child to
sponsor correspondence, child information documents and materials. - Support in implementing holistic Child
development program.. - Responsible for child program attendance
monitoring. - Perform any other duties as assigned by
Project leadership.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Child Development Officers must
possess Diplomas in Social work, Education, Communication or any related
disciplines. - Formal training in counseling, knowledge
in HIV/AIDS interventions and child development will be an added
advantage. - Proven integrity in personal and public
life in line with the Christian values.. - Past experience with OVC is added
advantage
Age: Between 22 – 35 years.
