About CiplaQCIL:
CiplaQCIL is a state-of-the-art WHO certified pharmaceutical
manufacturing plant located at Luzira Industrial Park, Kampala producing
anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs) & Artemisinin-based Combination Therapies
(ACTs) to combat HIV/AIDS and Malaria respectively. Founded in 2005, it is a
joint venture between Uganda’s Quality Chemicals Limited & Cipla Ltd, a
leading Indian pharmaceutical company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The Packing Officer will manage the
    Dispensing/ packing activities and documentation.
  • Responsible for packing line activities
    including in process and documentation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Packing Officer should preferably hold
    a relevant Bachelor of Science
  • At least three years’ demonstrable
    experience in packaging preferably pharmaceutical.
  • Possess excellent oral and written
    communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Suite.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP for
    Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Highly knowledgeable of Tablets packing process.
