Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Actively
    coordinate events logistics
  • Work
    on tender documents & ensure timely delivery
  • Support
    customer invoicing
  • Render
    support in streamlining and standardization of static documents
  • Responsible
    for telemarketing & campaign follow up
  • Support
    in the sales documentation
  • Assist
    in the proposal writing and delivery
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate should preferably hold a Degree or diploma in relevant
    field: Business, Marketing or Sales
  • At
    least one year’s experience in a similar role
  • Past
    IT background is an added advantage
  • Excellent
    communication & administration skills
