Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the operations of
various site technical staff assigned to projects. - The incumbent works closely with the
Project Consultants on all technical matters to ensure successful
implementation of projects. - Responsible for ensuring that materials
used on projects conform to high quality standards and specification. - Ensuring that the company quality policy
is strictly adhered to and projects are completed within agreed project
work schedules. - Ensuring that the company safety policy is
fully enforced on all sites. - Ensuring that company plant and Equipment
are maintained for successful project implementation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil) Honours. - Five or more years of practical and hands
on experience gained from large construction organizations, involved in
implementation of projects valued at US Dollars 1 million and above. - Computer skills in Microsoft word, Excel,
Power Point, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Arch Card, Prokon are a must. - Possess a valid Driving Permit.
