About US:
Trust Builders & Civil Engineers Ltd is currently implementing
various Construction Projects in different parts of Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Managing and overseeing the operations of
    various site technical staff assigned to projects.
  • The incumbent works closely with the
    Project Consultants on all technical matters to ensure successful
    implementation of projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring that materials
    used on projects conform to high quality standards and specification.
  • Ensuring that the company quality policy
    is strictly adhered to and projects are completed within agreed project
    work schedules.
  • Ensuring that the company safety policy is
    fully enforced on all sites.
  • Ensuring that company plant and Equipment
    are maintained for successful project implementation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold a
    Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil) Honours.
  • Five or more years of practical and hands
    on experience gained from large construction organizations, involved in
    implementation of projects valued at US Dollars 1 million and above.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft word, Excel,
    Power Point, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Arch Card, Prokon are a must.
  • Possess a valid Driving Permit.
