Finish Refugee
Council (FRC) is an International non-profit organization NGO promoting adult
education and community development among refugees since 1997 as an operational
partner to Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) and the United Nations High
Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Key Duties
and Responsibilities: 
  • Plan
    and coordinate project for South Sudanese refugees; adult education on
    literacy, English and business skills and other community development
    activities.
  • Offer
    technical support to the FRC field staff and partners in planning,
    implementing, monitoring and evaluation of adult education and community
    development projects.
  • Identify,
    formulate and initiate relevant methods, models and practices for adult
    education and training delivery, especially in refugee settlement
    situation.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    Project Officer should hold a University degree Adult Education/ Community
    Development  / Social Sciences or
    Adult education
  • Past
    experience in training, material development, participatory methods.
  • A
    minimum of three or more years professional work experience at project
    management level.
