Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The
Processing Officer will be responsible for handling entire factory
operations for cocoa processing including. - In
charge of completing the production plan by scheduling; establishing
priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems. - The
incumbent will initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies,
procedures, work methods and facilitate corrections to malfunctions within
process control point. - Manage
labor force and shift work to accomplish production results by
communicating task expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising
results. - Actively
coordinate with the procurement teams in different units to establish
expected goods and plan stock management.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
candidates should hold a Qualification in technical or related course - Also,
the incumbent should hold a Post graduate qualification in either
technical or management - A
minimum of 12 or more years’ experience in a similar field, with at least
five years in supervisory roles and two years in factory manager level. - Practical
experience in processing Agricultural products from raw material to semi
complete product
