About US:
Finish Refugee Council (FRC) is an International non-profit
organization NGO promoting adult education and community development among
refugees since 1997 as an operational partner to Office of the Prime Minister
(OPM) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Support the selected refugee associations
    to set up finance procedures; banking, advancing, accounting, book
    keeping, budgeting, reporting guidelines and systems.
  • Mentor and train relevant key persons at
    refugee associations to follow the set finance systems.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Finance Assistant should hold a
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of two or more years of relevant
    professional work experience.
  • High level of ethics and integrity
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
