Job Summary: The Credit Control Officer will be
responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective credit control system
while ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage
clients outstanding balances and ensure collections are made as and when
due - Ensure timely delivery of
invoices to clients, follow up for payment and ensure client queries on
billing are sorted out promptly - Actively monitor the
progress of all pending transactions on a daily basis - Update the clients
regularly on the status of their out standings and maintain appropriate
records - Reconcile clients’ accounts
and organize client’s visits in coordination with the commercial team.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Credit Control Officer
should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in
finance or accounting - A minimum of two years’
experience in a reputable fast paced business environment - Computer literacy skills
particularly Microsoft office packages - A certificate in customer
care is an added advantage - Confident and assertive
- Possess the ability to work
as part of a team - Good accounting knowledge
- Possess excellent
interpersonal skills - Quick learner and adept
- High integrity and ethical
standards
