Holland has been working in Uganda and currently operates in Acholi and Holland Lango.
Child Holland (WCH) to implement a project that enhances the capacity of young
people in Northern Uganda to access employment through non-formal education and
vocational training.
M&E Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the monitoring and
evaluation of the projects. Responsibilities will include consistent evidence
collection and measurement of indicators throughout the organization. This role
involves timely collection and analyses of data from all projects and providing
information for reports based on these data. Monitoring is carried out by using
the WCH’s standard monitoring tools. He / she will be tasked to provide key
recommendations for improvements of the project impact.
Responsibilities:
- The
M&E Coordinator should ideally hold a relevant degree - The
ideal candidate should have a minimum of seven or more years in the field
of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) - Past
experience with livelihood, vocational skills training projects and/or
social protection - Strong
writing skills in English. - Possess
good social and communicative skills - Excellent
planning and organisational skills - Ability
to organise means and staff to reach goals - Be
a good team player - Highly
computer literate
