Job Summary: The Electrician will assemble, install, test,
and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus,
and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. The incumbent will also
diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test
equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the
problem.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for the delivery of effective electrical services - Responsible
for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. - Support
in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors. - Responsible
for alerting the Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have
taken place or that may occur. - Ensure
compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and
consistent manner. - Maintains
building environment and grounds by coordinating maintenance of building,
heating, and ventilation and plumbing equipment; provides housekeeping,
grounds keeping, and repair services. - In
charge of overseeing the maintenance section for example to liaise with
head tennis court attendant and report the maintenance problems and follow
it up with the Manager. - Perform
any other duties assigned by the BOD
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
Electrician should hold a Certificate/ Diploma or its equivalent in
electrical engineering. - A
minimum of three or more years’ experience in a busy organization. - High
degree of personal integrity - Concern
for quality and order - Team
work and co-operation - Self
organization
