- In charge of answering incoming calls, greeting callers,
providing information, transferring calls and taking messages as
necessary. - Operate communication systems, such as
telephone, switchboard, intercom, two-way radio, or public address. - Relay or route written or verbal messages to
various stakeholders. - Place telephone calls or arrange conference
calls as instructed. - The incumbent will capture customer issues that
come in through the switch board and submit a weekly report and monthly
report. - Routinely escalate and follow up outstanding issues with
respective stakeholders

Board Operator job opportunity should possess an Honours Bachelor’s degree
from a recognised institution - At least two to three years’ experience with an
in depth understanding of the Bank’s operation - Good knowledge and understanding of the Bank’s
products and services - Previous exposure in a call Centre or as a
Switch Board Operator an added advantage - Excellent communication and inter personal
skills - Creative thinking
- Possess the ability to interpret the meaning of
information for others - Ability to analyse data and or information
- Grievance handling, negotiation and conflict
resolution skills - Superior telephone etiquette
- Good organization, planning, and Prioritization
skills. - Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new
knowledge to your job.
