- Initiate,
develop and maintain quality long term business relationships with clients - Receive,
log, follow up and respond to clients’ queries and complaints to their
satisfaction and within the stipulated period - Minute
any client meetings, summarizing any additional actions required including
follow-up calls - Regularly
communicate pertinent information/changes to clients on regular basis
including information on products or services required by customers to
meet their needs. - Maintain
accurate weekly & monthly reports - Maintain
accurate and updated records for clients and staff
- The
Customer Care Relationship/Front Desk Officer should hold a relevant
Bachelor’s Degree - At
least three years working experience - Past
managerial and supervision skills - Computer
literacy skills i.e. Proficient in MS office suite applications - Past
customer care/service experience
