Job Summary: The
Nurse / Midwife will maintain quality nursing care as per Nursing and IML
standards on routine Health Centre duties.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Actively
participate in patient’s nursing care - Ensure
that patients are offered efficient and effective nursing care - Ensure
health centre is clean and tidy - Ensure
the health centre is well staffed - Attend
to patients complaints
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensure
proper, prompt and professional nursing care for the patients. - Attend
to all emergencies, rescues and evacuations whenever you are on duty or
called upon. - Carry
out health education, immunization and family planning to the Company’s
clients
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
candidates should hold Diplomas/certificates in Nursing from a recognized
institution - Two
or more years or more of experience in a busy health centre - Working
knowledge of psychiatric, surgery, causality, public health, pediatric,
medical ward and intensive care. - Self
motivated, Networking & team player, detailed problem solving
approach, positive attitude, good communication skills (verbal &
written) assertive and decisive
