(IML), a registered Health Management Organization (HMO) that offers medical
insurance, operates medical clinics, links clients to medical specialists both
locally and abroad, fumigation services and wellness clinics.
Job Summary:  The Nursing Officer will support the Medical
Director in developing and maintaining quality nursing care as per Nursing and
IML standards on routine Health Centre duties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure
    proper, prompt and professional nursing care for the patients.
  • Routinely
    attend to all emergencies, rescues and evacuations whenever you are on
    duty or called upon.
  • Conduct
    health education, immunization and family planning to the Company’s
    clients
  • Set
    and enforce standards of performance of the personnel in your area of
    duty.
  • Build
    a team that is well co-coordinated, motivated and service oriented.
  • Ensure
    that complaints relating to our service are handled expeditiously to the
    satisfaction of the client.
  • Successful
    implementation of new systems or changes / enhancements
  • Management
    of the nursing services.
  • Oversee
    and participate in patient’s nursing care
  • Ensure
    patients are offered efficient and effective nursing care
  • Ensure
    health centre is clean and tidy
  • Ensure
    the health centre is well equipped and facilitated in terms of equipment
  • Ensure
    the health centre is well staffed
  • Allocate
    nurses duties
  • Keenly
    attend to patients complaints
  • Organize
    monthly meetings
  • Organize
    for continuous medical education
  • Prepare
    monthly and end of year reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant should be a Registered Nurse
  • Working
    knowledge of psychiatric, surgery, causality, public health, pediatric,
    medical ward and intensive care.
  • At
    least two years of related experience
  • Self
    motivated, Networking & team player, detailed problem solving
    approach, positive attitude, good communication skills (verbal &
    written) assertive and decisive
