Four Evangelical Churches in Mpigi, Gomba and Butambala Child Ministry
(under the Diocese of Central Buganda and Lake Wamala Baptist Association) are
working in partnership with Compassion International in the Ministry of
Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus name in the
Child Development Centers.

Key Duties
and Responsibilities:

- The
Child Development Officers – Sponsor Donor Relations will serve Christian
role models for the children, their families and communities. - The
job holder will be ensuring timely and quality delivery of child to
sponsor correspondence, child information documents and materials. - Support
in implementing holistic Child development program. - Actively
coordinate sponsor tours and visits. - Responsible
for child program attendance monitoring. - Perform
any other tasks assigned by Project leadership.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
Child Development Officers- Sponsor Donor Relations should hold Diplomas
in Social Work, Education, Communication or any related disciplines. - Attained
formal training in counselling and child development will be an added
advantage. - High
degree of integrity in personal and public life in line with the Christian
values. - The
applicant must be a /nature devoted BORN AGAIN Christian. - Past
experience with OVC is added advantage
