About Compassion Project:
Four Evangelical Churches in
Mpigi, Gomba and Butambala Child Ministry (under the Diocese of Central Buganda
and Lake Wamala Baptist Association) are working in partnership with Compassion
International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them
from poverty in Jesus name in the Child Development Centers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
Child Development Officers – Health will serve Christian role models for
the children, their families and communities. - Actively
facilitate the health needs identification process for the children. - Support
in implementing holistic Child development program. - Attend
to other tasks assigned by Project leadership.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants should at least hold Diplomas in Medical/ Public health, Social
work or equivalent qualification. - Skills
in counseling and knowledge in HIV/AIDS interventions will be an added
advantage. - Past
experience with OVCs is desirable. - Proven
integrity in personal and public life in line with the Christian values. - He
/ she must be a mature devoted BORN AGAIN Christian
Age: Between 22-35 years
