Services, ENHAS is in existence since April 1996. QUALITY SERVICES is what we
have to deliver. Along the years, our clientele has grown from 5 Airlines to 19
regular scheduled Airlines, and many more special flights. To develop quality
services, ENHAS have organized to be certified by IATA Airport Handling Manual
804 where we enter into Service Level Agreements, ISAGO (IATA safety Audit for
Ground Operations) which acts as a model for operational risk and safety
management, DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) training centre thus we offer
training for dangerous goods and, very recently by RA3 to screen cargo only
from validated entities as required by EU regulations.
Job Summary:
The Flight
Coordinator will be in charge of the preparation and coordination of ground
handling of specials flights and all types of charter flights and thereby
ensure superior service.
Key Duties
and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensures
    all requests for ground handling services get immediate attention and
    appropriate responses;
  • Provides
    technical assistance to crews as requested;
  • Actively
    coordinates with service providers like Hotels, Fuel providers and
    Caterers to ensure quality and timely service to clients;
  • Coordinates
    with CM operations to secure parking bays and Aircraft landing permits;
  • Compiles
    files for each request of handling with all relevant communication;
  • Ensures
    correct and appropriate addresses and references are compiled for billing
    purposes;
  • Ensure
    sales returns are raised and reconciled with revenue for all flights.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    Flight Coordinator should hold a Degree in Business Administration or
    equivalent;
  • A
    minimum of two or more years’ experience in a hospitality industry in an
    operations supervisory role;
  • Possess
    excellent customer care skills;
  • Confident
    with strong organizational, interpersonal, team working and communication
    skills;
  • Possess
    the ability to work under minimum supervision.
