(OPM) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
- The Community Development Officer (Adult
Education) will design, monitor, conduct and facilitate literacy and
English language training activities. - Offer professional mentorship, training
and support to local facilitators and project staff. - Conduct participatory assessment with
refugee groups on their training needs. - Take lead in the identification and
initiation of relevant methods and practices for literacy and language
training.
- The candidate should hold a University
degree Adult Education /Pedagogy / Community Dev. with adult education
experience - Three or more years’ professional
community development / adult training work experience. - Past experience in carrying out
participatory assessments, planning and training.
