About US:
International Medical Link
(IML), a registered Health Management Organization (HMO) that offers medical
insurance, operates medical clinics, links clients to medical specialists both
locally and abroad, fumigation services and wellness clinics.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Receive
    payment by cash/cheque and processing documentation for insured clients
  • In
    charge of banking and ensuring safe custody of all clinic funds
  • Compute
    and maintain a record of totals of transactions daily, weekly and monthly.
  • The
    incumbent will be managing petty cash transactions at the clinic
  • Ensure
    proper filing and safe custody of documents
  • Perform
    any other duties as may be assigned by the accountant
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The
    Cashier should hold a Degree/Diploma in Business studies or its equivalent
    from a recognized institution
  • At
    least two years’ work experience, experience in a hospital/clinic setting
    is an added advantage
  • Excellent
    communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Computer
    literacy skills particularly spreadsheets, working knowledge of Tally, and
    QuickBooks accounting software will be an added advantage
