Job Summary: The Network Engineers will provide IT
technical support to SBS’s growing customer base.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Network Engineer should be
a graduate from a recognized higher institution of learning.

- Five
or more years working experience in the related field is required for this
position. - Hold
profession IT Certification i.e. CCNA qualification, structured cabling
certification, networking skills. - Good
working knowledge on LAN/WAN setup, networking TCP, UDP, IP, and Routing
are desirable. - Possess
excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong communication in English
both verbal and written. - Ability
to schedule and direct activities to resolve customer problems in a timely
and accurate fashion including systems upgrades, patch levels and
maintenance. - Possess
the ability to establish networking environment by designing system
configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and
enforcing system standards. - Reporting
network operational status by gathering, prioritising information and
managing projects. - Good
working knowledge of UPS power distribution in an office environment. - Possess
good PC troubleshooting, e-mail and internet, M/S Word, Excel and Power
Point
