files and their tracking. - Retrieval and searches of files.
- Supervise the Archives.
- In charge of Quality Assurance of status of the
registry and make reports. - Responsible for shelving and classification of files
in the Registry - Perform any other duties assigned by the higher
authority from time to time.
- Security registry effectively supervised.
- Register all files kept and accounted for.
- Movement register maintained.
- Shelves well labeled.
- The applicant should possess an Honors University
Degree in Records and Achieve Management or Library and Information
Science, Business Administration - At least four years’ experience in records management
or librarianship.
