Job Summary: The incumbent will receives stores, and issues
supplies, chemicals, seed, fertilizers, oils, lubricants, spare parts,
equipment and compiles records on a regular basis to be used in the physical
stock count.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
store keeper will mainly be responsible for managing all warehouse
operations in line with user departments.
- Implement
standard flawless stores/ warehouse’ guidelines. - Regularly
checks materials and supplies levels and reports when stock is low. - Receives
and unpacks materials and supplies.
- Generates
goods received notes from the delivery notes by supplier(s) and avails
them to management as and when they are required. - Accurately
reports all damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and
record-keeping purposes. - Prepares
and Issues Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report,
goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to the farm
manger. - Ensure
that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take
responsibility for the security of the building and stock. - Must
always use protective clothing and equipment. - Regularly
follow-up ERP grogram against with actual activities. - Maintain
housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area. - Send
weekly reports on progress
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a higher diploma in stores management or its
equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At
least three years of relevant working experience in a busy farming
operation. - Ability
to work swiftly with minimum supervision
- Must
be honest and proactive with excellent, data management, reporting,
organizational, and planning skills
- Excellent
knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word and Excel. - Possess
the ability to organize casual labor for daily stores manpower needs. - Hold
a valid driving permit
