recruit for its valuable client, Solar Sister. NFT Human Resource Solutions
are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards
increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and
effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of
resources.
Job
Summary:
 The Sales Associates will develop, expand, and
strengthen Solar Sisters sales activities in the region; to recruit and support
local Solar Sister entrepreneurs; and to be responsible for ongoing tracking
and reporting sales activities and training for entrepreneurs.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In charge of recruiting,
    training, and mentoring local Solar Sister Entrepreneurs.
  • Organizing Solar Sister
    Entrepreneurs into teams and mobilizing teams and individual entrepreneurs
    to encourage sales activity and success.
  • Conducting monthly sales
    training programs.
  • In charge of the planning for
    and implementing regional sales targets.
  • Representing Solar Sister in
    the region and building strong relationships with local partners and
    community leaders.
  • Maintaining accurate and
    up-to-date records of all activities including related to entrepreneurs,
    sales, banking, and inventory.
  • Running a series of inventory
    reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Working in tandem with the
    entire Solar Sister team to achieve corporate goals.
  • Maintaining high quality
    customer service and support.
  • Regularly and proactively
    communicating about Solar Sister’s work, including via social media
    channels.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicants should have a
    good knowledge and understanding of and enthusiasm for Solar Sister’s
    vision to build a brighter Africa through the power of women’s enterprise.
  • Candidates should have
    experience in:
  • Possess excellent
    communication skills
  • Computer, internet and social
    media literacy
  • Strong bookkeeping and excel
    spreadsheet skills
  • Strong business acumen and
    commitment to results
  • Ability to communicate clearly
    orally and in written English and at least one local language. Candidates
    with knowledge of additional local languages should note those on the
    application.
  • Willingness to travel for
    active community engagement.
  • Ability to work well in teams
    as well as to pursue and complete independent tasks.
  • Prior sales and marketing is
    an added advantage
  • Skills in motivating sales
    teams is desired
  • Past community leadership
    ability desired
  • Corporate reporting an added
    advantage
