GOAL
in Uganda:
GOAL Uganda country project focuses on two of GOAL’s
three strategic sectors: Health (including WASH and health accountability
programming); and Livelihoods. GOAL Uganda mainstreams HIV, gender, child
protection and the environment/DRR across all programming. GOAL works on a
district focused approach, and uses a mixture of direct implementation and
partnerships with local civil society organizations, private sector partners
and District Local Government to give effect to our mission.
Job
Summary:
 The GOAL Monitoring Evaluation and Learning
Officer will be conducting, coordinating and supervising surveys in Uganda for
at least one (1) programme.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should hold a
    Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) in social sciences or equating to professional
    experience.
  • Possess the ability to travel
    to the field for up to a month at a time.
  • Past exposure and experience
    in doing qualitative analysis
  • Proven experience in doing
    quantitative analysis using analytical software.
  • Excellent communication
    skills, including fluency in oral and written English.
  • Prior experience using mobile
    data collection is desired
  • Past experience with Most
    Significant Change Story Collection is also an added advantage
