Job Summary: The
District Field Coordinator will line manage the Field Coordinators in Napak
(Karamoja). The incumbent will manage the inputs for the training and capacity
building of staff. The DFC should ensure that staff adhere to the approved
distribution plans and follow Concern’s accountability procedures. The District
Field Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day operations of the
Napak district office, will undertake some general operations functions and
participate in district, parish and village level meetings and events with
stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicants should preferably hold Degrees in community development field
  • At
    least three years’ management experience.
  • Past
    exposure and experience in community based health promotion.
  • Conversant
    in both English and NgaKarimojong.
  • Possession
    of a motorbike permit is desirable.
