Summary: The Human Resources and Administration Manager
will ensure that there is complete and comprehensive administration/human
resource implementation within the entity as well as following up on relative
labor laws. The incumbent will also manage and implement activities for
assigned areas of responsibility and provide effective and timely advice and
solutions to line managers on Human Resources and administration related issues.

- Serve as the first point of
contact for all HR-related queries - Administer HR-related
documentation, such as contracts of employment - Ensure the relevant HR
database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation - Support in the recruitment
process - Work closely with recruitment
agencies - Set up interviews and issue
relevant correspondence - Provide pay roll support in
liaison with head office. - Providing administrative and
any other duties assigned.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management - A minimum of three years
progressive experience in similar role - Past experience in FMCG
preferred. - Possess excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team
- Technology skills i.e.
proficiency in MS Office - Excellent planning and
Organizing skills – work hand in hand with Plant Manager (Tannery) in
planning activities of the Plant.
