is an online recruitment services which now seeks to recruit on behalf of its
valued client mandated to facilitate investments in Uganda’s high potential
renewable energy sector with particular focus on providing financial, technical
and other support to renewable energy infrastructure development in Uganda.
Job Summary:  The Human Resource Specialist will be
responsible for the development of policies and coordinate human resources
activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, staff
appraisal and development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare
    budgets for human resources operations.
  • Oversee
    performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity
    within company.
  • Manage
    the salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within
    the company.
  • Oversee
    the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law,
    or other departments in the company.
  • Identify
    legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human
    resources functions and ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and
    reporting are in compliance.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure
    a comprehensive Human Resource Management Information System for the
    company.
  • Establishing
    and managing a system of human resource development.
  • Advising
    management on recruitment and selection strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate should hold an Honours degree in Human Resource
    Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, and /or other
    related field from a recognised University
  • Possession
    of a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • A
    minimum of five or more years working experience in Human Resource
    Management with a reputable organization at supervisory level.
  • Good
    knowledge and understanding of the Balanced Score Card will be an added
    advantage.
