Job Summary: The Cashier will ensure the payments are made
in a timely and organized way and accountabilities are up to date.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare
cheques for cash payments to staff. - Receive
invoices and work with the finance manager to prepare the payments to
vendors - Support
the finance officer to handle banking activities - Process
all financial aspects of small projects - Ensure
that filing of financial documents correctly according to the different
donors - Handle
and account for all petty cash
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or
Financial Accounting. - At
least two years’ experience in an NGO setting. - Working
knowledge of Microsoft word and excel and Navision Financial Management
System; - Flexible,
able to prioritize workloads and work under pressure, a good team-worker,
responsible, well organized, positive. - Possess
the ability to communicate in a confident manner - Willingness
to learn new skills and gain new experience - Interested
in or at least non-judgmental about, and comfortable with, reproductive
health, gender and sexuality issues in the youth.
