Kamuli one year ago, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our small
but growing team.
provide administrative and operational support to our rapidly growing team.
- Office
Administration – Manage
day-to-day running of the office; supervise cleaning and security staff;
manage payment of bills and utilities; maintain clean and tidy office
environment - Manage
Finances – Tracking
expenses; cash collection and reimbursements; banking; financial
reporting; auditing financial records, often through field visits - Data
Entry – Daily updating of
records, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- The
candidate should have completed secondary school education,
university-level degree preferred - Prior
experience in a professional office setting required - Excellent
computer skills, proficient in typing, and familiar with MS Office Suite
(e.g. MS Excel, MS Word) - Possess
excellent communication skills, can read/write/speak English & Luganda
fluently, Lusoga a plus. - The
candidate should have a positive attitude capable of performing any task
whilst multi-tasking. - Exceptional
time management skills and above all you always carry yourself with
professionalism. - Good
problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision
