Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Procure equipment to meet mission needs.
Create and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize
equipment downtime and maximize equipment longevity.
Mentor and train staff in the proper use of the equipment.
Develop and implement quality assurance indices or quality
improvement initiatives related to the proper use and maintenance of
equipment.
Make use of Fluor University courses for continued learning
experiences
Utilize knowledge management communities to capture, support and
leverage relevant knowledge to enhance project execution

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years’ experience
in clinical engineering or medical facilities engineering.
High degree of flexibility and adaptable approach, willing to take
on new work challenges
Ability to set and maintain high standards of performance with
responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments
and task
Customer focused with ability to develop and sustain productive
customer relationships while meeting the company’s needs
Demonstrated strategic thinking, accountability, and adaptability
skills
Past experience working in Africa
