- Procure equipment to meet mission needs.
- Create and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize
equipment downtime and maximize equipment longevity. - Mentor and train staff in the proper use of the equipment.
- Develop and implement quality assurance indices or quality
improvement initiatives related to the proper use and maintenance of
equipment. - Make use of Fluor University courses for continued learning
experiences - Utilize knowledge management communities to capture, support and
leverage relevant knowledge to enhance project execution
- The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years’ experience
in clinical engineering or medical facilities engineering. - High degree of flexibility and adaptable approach, willing to take
on new work challenges - Ability to set and maintain high standards of performance with
responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments
and task - Customer focused with ability to develop and sustain productive
customer relationships while meeting the company’s needs - Demonstrated strategic thinking, accountability, and adaptability
skills - Past experience working in Africa
