Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Procure equipment to meet mission needs.
  • Create and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize
    equipment downtime and maximize equipment longevity.
  • Mentor and train staff in the proper use of the equipment.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance indices or quality
    improvement initiatives related to the proper use and maintenance of
    equipment.
  • Make use of Fluor University courses for continued learning
    experiences
  • Utilize knowledge management communities to capture, support and
    leverage relevant knowledge to enhance project execution
 
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years’ experience
    in clinical engineering or medical facilities engineering.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptable approach, willing to take
    on new work challenges
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards of performance with
    responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments
    and task
  • Customer focused with ability to develop and sustain productive
    customer relationships while meeting the company’s needs
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, accountability, and adaptability
    skills
  • Past experience working in Africa
