• Responsible
  for generating serialized payment vouchers for all approved payments based
  on the QuickBooks accounting system
• Ensure
  that all source documents are properly supported as per the finance policy
  guidelines before capture in the system
• In
  charge of the preparation of documentation required for proper and timely
  execution of finance requisitions and disbursements for all Raising Voices
  activities.
• Regularly
  review of accountability submissions by program staff before forwarding to
  the Finance Manager for final review and sign off.
• Responsible
  for the disbursement of released program activity funds to respective
  staffs and external vendors.
• Assemble
  financial information requested by the Finance Manager during the
  preparation of Financial Reports for Raising Voices.
• Actively
  support in the review of monthly reports from the Key Partner
  Organizations

• The
  Finance Officer should possess a good degree in Business Administration,
  Finance, Commerce, Management or related field.
• Possess
  part qualification in professional studies such as CPA, ACCA, is necessary
  
• A
  minimum of three or more years’ experience in managing finance of a
  reputable organization.
• Computer
  literacy skills in key accounting software i.e. QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  Suite particularly Excel and Word.
• Possess
  the ability to maintain filing and administrative system of the
  organization
• Efficient
  and meticulous at storing and transmitting financial information
• Quick
  thinker and fast learner, with ability to maintain confidentiality
