Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for
planning, directing, organizing and controlling the Plant’s business operations
and capital resources.

- Overseeing the company’s
financial Accounting systems - Actively monitoring and
interpreting cash flows and productivity future trends - Costing, risk analysis and
budgeting - Managing audits and
compliance - Managing staff within the
finance department to ensure maximum output. - Competitor analysis through
analyzing market trends.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The applicants should hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management - Full professional
qualification i.e. CPA or ACCA - A minimum of three or more
years of progressive experience in similar role - Possess excellent analytical
and problem solving skills - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Team building. Ability to
build, lead and motivate teams - Technology skills i.e.
proficiency in Microsoft Office - Planning and Organizing
skills – work hand in hand with Plant Manager (Tannery) in planning
activities of the Plant.
