Job
Summary:  The Finance Manager will be responsible for
planning, directing, organizing and controlling the Plant’s business operations
and capital resources.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Overseeing the company’s
    financial Accounting systems
  • Actively monitoring and
    interpreting cash flows and productivity future trends
  • Costing, risk analysis and
    budgeting
  • Managing audits and
    compliance
  • Managing staff within the
    finance department to ensure maximum output.
  • Competitor analysis through
    analyzing market trends.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicants should hold a
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • Full professional
    qualification i.e. CPA or ACCA
  • A minimum of three or more
    years of progressive experience in similar role
  • Possess excellent analytical
    and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and
    interpersonal skills
  • Team building. Ability to
    build, lead and motivate teams
  • Technology skills i.e.
    proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Planning and Organizing
    skills – work hand in hand with Plant Manager (Tannery) in planning
    activities of the Plant.
