Disability has received funding from the European Union to implement a three
year livelihoods project for Persons with Disabilities in Adjuman and Moyo
districts.

- Ensure
provision of reliable and secure driving services to the project at all
times/ - Responsible
for the maintenance of daily vehicle logs - Ensures
proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor
repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely car services, car washing
etc. - Ensures
availability of all the required documents/supplies including vehicle
insurance, vehicle longs, office directory, and map of the city/country,
first aid kit, car alarm and necessary spare parts. - Ensures
that all immediate actions required by rules and regulations are taken in
case of involvement in accidents. - Perform
any other duties that may be assigned from time to time in the interest of
the organization.
- The
ideal candidate should hold a qualification of Uganda Certificate of
Education - Hold
a Valid Ugandan driving license - Five
years’ driving experience and good knowledge of the regions and the
country - Possess
the ability to work with persons with disabilities - Be
reliable, punctual, self-motivated, a great attitude and good work ethics.
