Fund (ECLOF) Ltd is a fast growing institution, an affiliate of ECLOF
International based in Geneva, Switzerland and a member of the Association of
Microfinance Institutions in Uganda (AMFIU) and is a Christian based
microfinance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure
    that HR is represented in all areas of the organization and that the HR
    manual, organizational structure and job descriptions are developed and
    regularly updated and in compliance with ECLOF standards.
  • Handles
    staffing plan, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement and
    separation
  • In
    charge of developing compensation packages
  • Develop,
    implement and monitor staff performance management systems in line with
    ECLOF guidelines
  • Develops
    and carries TNA and prepares staff capacity building programmes
  • Responsible
    for leave administration and Record keeping plus administrative work
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    candidate should hold a Post graduate qualification in Human Resource.
  • Possession
    of University degree preferably in human resources.
  • Three
    to five years’ experience at managerial level in financial institutions,
    e.g Banks, MFIs, Credit Institutions and MDIs.
  • Good
    knowledge and understanding of the relevant labour laws, health and safety
    provisions, performance management systems Job analysis and profiling
    skills and current HR trends in Microfinance.
  • Past
    experience in building and motivating highly productive performance Teams
    and culture.
  • Determined
    personality with initiative, perseverance and resilience.
  • Ready
    to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals
    and Core Values.
  • Computer
    literacy skills i.e. proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Be
    a good trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach with good communication and
    marketing skills.
