Job Summary: The Cost
Controller will be responsible for overall Cost Reduction and Maintenance for
EAF Damco entities. You will proactively engage in cross-functional projects
and discussions for cost reduction and optimize the organizational strength.
Moreover, you will act as an active team member and actively promote the
company culture and values. In return, you will gain valuable experience in
long-term strategy planning and execution, change management, negotiation, cost
reduction and management; and play a pivotal role in setting the future
direction of Damco EAR.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying
the scope - Responsible
for the execution and stakeholder management - In
charge of delivery - In
charge of working Capital Management - Perform
any other task as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should have an outgoing and convincing personality, a
sense of urgency, drive and result orientation. - Possess
the ability to communicate and drive the necessary changes within the
organisation. - An
inspiring leadership figure, who can engage and motivate people. - Prior
project management experience - Working
Capital Management experience - Advanced
level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job
specific software applications including SAP. - Proven
success in matrix organization. - Excellent
planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization,
presentation and negotiating skills. - Demonstrated
success in problem solving through use of data and information metrics and
improvement to performance process. - Travel
is required at least 5% of the time in this position within EAF. - SAP
working knowledge
