Industry. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry

strengthening quality and control of resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for steering the identification, analysis
    and determination of investment & growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategically valuable partnerships with
    existing and prospective customers within relevant organizations.
  • Engaging actively with business stakeholder’s
  • Responsible for the management and coordination of
    the AGM.
  • Managing the company legal functions.
  • Actively participate and support the preparation of
    the annual returns.
  • Must be conversant with Company Governance matters.
  • Management reporting – will own the company’s
    consolidated accounts and investors reports, semi-annual publications,
    annual report and monthly reporting to the Board. 
  • Oversee financial management by working closely with
    the finance function to ensure accurate, compliant and timely reporting in
    line with requirements of the company through budgeting, planning,
    liquidity/cash flow management and CAPEX/Opex optimization.
  • Responsible for the supervision of the procurement
    and project management.
  • Serve as overall risk manager for the property
    operations, anticipating and responding to potential threats to execution,
    financial viability, legal / regulatory compliance, etc.
  • Ensure compliance to local regulations at all times.
  • Manage collections, monitor credit activity,
    undertake stock analysis and ensure profitability of sales.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate for this opportunity should hold a Master’s degree in a
    business related course or related fields is required for tendering
  • The ideal candidate should have extensive business
    development experience – with a demonstrable track-record in generating
    revenue by partnering with Uganda’s public & private sector –
  • Detailed working knowledge and understanding of
    Ugandan labor laws, procurement practices, government regulations and
    tender processes – essential. 
  • Have a large network of contacts across relevant
  • Significant experience in developing and managing
    large budgets and investments – in a transparent and effective way – essential.
  • Previous of experience in leading & managing
    teams is also required.
  • Past experience managing complex projects under a
    range of challenging situations with diverse partners is required.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and
    interpersonal skills.
