Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry
our and promote active marketing campaigns to attract new clients - Manage
the loan process - Manage
portfolio growth and quality with PAR >1 day at 0%. - Compile
and submit periodical daily, weekly, monthly output reports
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should hold a Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture,
Microfinance or related course preferred - Past
experience in microfinance is an added advantage. - Determined
personality with initiative, perseverance and resilience. - High
degree of capability and willingness to take responsibility stand up to
challenges in swift manner. - Ready
to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals
and. Core Values - Possess
excellent presentational, customer care, computer and communication
skills. - Possession
of a valid riding permit is an added advantage.
